Tektronix no longer markets the IPA510, but they are working on an arrangement
with the IBIS
(EIA-656) committee to make it available without charge if the IBIS group will
maintain it.
It's not entirely settled yet, but is in legal review. Post the question on
the IBIS reflector ([email protected]) for more details.
