I doubt you will get clamping this tight. Despite a Schottky diode's
low knee voltage, the forward voltage may be much larger (up to 1V or
more) under actual overshoot conditions.

Also don't forget package inductance. Especially if using packaged
multiple Schottky diodes with common power/ground pins.
