I would recommend you try the component suppliers for models, but they may or
may not exist.

xCXOs typically use a commonly-available logic family buffer (e. g., HCMOS,
ACL, or ECL) as output, which can be modeled using the same-family SPICE buffer
model from the logic suppliers like TI, Motorola, Philips, etc. with a SPICE
voltage source as input. Make sure you use the buffer with the corresponding
output drive for your xCXO, and include the appropriate signal and power pin
parasitics for the package. The pin parasitic data are available from the
logic IC suppliers.

RF ICs may be a little more difficult, since many of them are old (pre-SPICE)
designs, with no models available. Many of RF transistors have been modeled,
with models available from the component or SPICE simulator suppliers.
Unfortunately, some of the RF transistor models are only in s parameter form,
not SPICE.

For filters, the suppliers may have them, or you can construct them from the
schematic (if you can get it), but you'll probably have to tune the parasitics
to match the measured hardware. It's going to take some work.

Good luck.
