Any comments on the occurences of single event upsets with 3.3V parts
vs. 5V parts? SEU is an important issue in the avionics world.

I was told that the 3.3V Altera FLEX 10K100 FPGA had a higher occurence
of single event upsets than the 5V FLEX 10K70. This could have been
due to factors other than the voltage, though.
