TTL 3.3V logic uses the same signal levels that standard 5V TTL logic
uses. The biggest issues are in 3.3V/5V mixed systems: you have to
make sure that the 5V logic is driving 5V tolerant inputs and that no
high speed signals run across power plane splits.
