I once took a course a while back from RCG Research by Ron Kielkowski.
Ron is well known for his training on SPICE and also the two books he
has published.
1) Inside SPICE - Overcoming the obstacles of circuit simulation.
2) SPICE - Practical Device Modeling.
I think he currently offers training thru Microsims PSPICE training program.
