Insert a zero thickness ground plane between the two signal lines. Then
analyze the structure like a standard stripline. Then double the resulting
impedance because the diff signal is both + and - from GND potential
This assumes the top and bottom planes are far enough away from the
differential pair... twice the distance from the virtual plane we just
assumed...like your drawing.
This structure, with the virtual and gnd planes, can also be analyzed
with a program named Linpar from Artech House ISBN 0-89006-623-X.
