Hi all :

The tool is a free software by Berkeley. You can find more
details in the following site
http://HTTP.CS.Berkeley.EDU/~lazzaro/chipmunk/describe/describe.html

You will have to download this and compile ; it is a more generic tool and
you will have to do some work over it to make it compatible with different
formats.
