Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
the following:
- Simulation and development of high-speed memory,
I/O and
computer designs.
- Simulate high speed designs for signal integrity
- Advise PCB designers for optimum placement and
routing of
signals
- Train PCB designers for controlled impedence
design.
- Advise other design engineers of proper use of
termination
techniques to improve signal characteristics.
- Maintain and develop simulation tools and test
circuits.
Requirements:
BSEE/MSEE, 5+ years of experience in high-speed
electronic
design and simulation. Experience developing
simulations and
simulation modules for signal integrity.
Experience with analog
simulation tools (ViewSpice, Motive, and XTK
preferred).
Experience with signal integrity issues above
100mhz.
