I'm working at a PWB fabricator (HADCO) to improve electrical
performance with an eye toward system cost.

I would like to hear ideas and comments on power/ground decoupling.
How do you determine what is need? How do you model before building or
committing the design? etc.

I've been working on total power/ground impedance across a freqency
range - it this the right direction?
