Hi Geraldo,

could you please specify a bit more what is meant by a
Vertical Transmission Line. If it is a transmission line then
its orientation is of no importance, in the case you are speaking
of a transistion between different layers, i.e. a via, then it NOT
a transmission line. In such a case, you could either hunt for simple
formulars (try Brian Wadell's Book: Transmission Line Design Handbook),
or better use a field solver to determine the s-parameters of the via
and build an equivalent circuit model based on these data.
