Rambus Inc. currently has an opening for a Signal Integrity engineer. We
are a developer of high-speed semiconductor interfaces used primarily in
DRAM products. As we push speeds ever higher, we need to consider the
effects of all components of chip-to-chip interconnect in addition to the
semiconductor design.
This includes evaluation of component packaging, BGA package routing, PCB
routing, signal termination, reference voltage noise reduction, elimination
of resonances, high-speed clock generation, etc. The position we have
available will deal with all of these issues (and more) in designs being
developed by our customers. In addition, this candidate will also be
involved in defining and developing the next generation of our technology.
