I've received several inquiries over the past month or so
asking if si-list was still active. The answer was always: "yes, just
a lack of traffic".
I just discovered this morning that the mail list was really broken.
Back in mid June I updated a subscriber address and inadvertently inserted
a period into an e-mail address where an "@" belonged. This apparently
stopped all traffic on the list from being forwarded.
An apology to all 463 subscribers. List operation has been
restored. To paraphrase the Olympics: "Let the technical discussions begin"
