Greetings,

I and another list member are teaching a 12 hour course entitled
Practical Transmission Lines in High Speed Systems for the Boston IEEE. We
have worked up a syllabus of SI topics and are going to teach both analog
and digital concepts to the class. That means TDRs _and_ s-parameters, for
example and both SPICE and linear simulators. The goal being to unify the
two high frequency worlds so that the engineer can use the best tool for the
problem.

One of the things we are striving to do is answer some of those
little niggling problems that stuck in our minds as we learned/experienced
transmission lines.

So, my question to the group is--What is your favorite SI
problem/hurdle? What did you find most difficult to learn?

Regards,

BCW
