Thanks to Jim Fioppiano of Dell computer for spotting the error in slide 12
of my presentation:

It turns out that the budget number for clock jitter was mistakenly
included in the hold time equation (which is then solved to determine the
minimum flight time).
Jim was correct in pointing out that since both the driver and receiver are
referencing the SAME clock edge for the hold condition, the correction
factor for clock jitter doesn't apply.
I have forwarded an updated copy of the presentation to Bob Ross for posting.
