As a start, the EC (European Community) is the only
one that considers testing for magnetic immunity
for sale of product as far as public standards go.

Those standards that consider magnetic immunity are

EN 61000-4-9: Basic immunity standard for pulse magnetic tests

EN 61000-4-10: Basic immunity standard for damped oscillatory
magnetic field tests

For further detail (I've never had the testing done),
I would recommend contacting any of the various
compliance test houses that do that type of testing.

It's been about a year, but Bellcore is the only one
stateside I believe that considers magnetic emissions
of a product with GR-1089-CORE. But the Bellcore
(actually now it's Telcordia Technologies) standards
are private and only driven by customers.
