The right data to use is, of course, which ever one is right. Since the
people writing the databook probably have more experience with the part
(and funding) then the people writing the IBIS models (since the IBIS
models are new and databooks are old) I would tend to go with the data
books. On the other hand, maybe the IBIS models are written based on
latest and newest data.
It is a poser and you probably need a clarification from the
manufacturer to make the right decision.
