Get yourself an IBIS to Spice converter available for free from Intusoft web
site. This tool is based on a template that you can provide to fit your
Spice syntax. Besides one supplied with the tool Orcad/Microsim provides
one (free) for their PSpice. In every case you will probably have to tweak
the resulting .lib file. However, if you understand the structure of IBIS
model this is not a big deal (but a big nuissance). In the PSpice case for
example I had to remove some extra entries from the beginning and the end of
most tables and reverse the order of some (PSpice requires monotonically
increasing entries). Have fun!
