Hi!

IBIS ver. 2 models are available in hspice ver. 98.4
they are implemented as buffers: new elements starting with b

examples of netlist:

buffer_tristate nd_pu nd_pd nd_out nd_in nd_en nd_pc nd_gc
+ file = '92lv090a.ibs'
+ model = 'DS92LV090A_RO'

They are fast and give precise results IF ibis file is good,
contans consistent data, etc.

:-) Hi,
:-)
:-) Both of them seem to be unable to digest IBIS models directly, is that
:-) right? Dear IBIS/SI-list gurus.
