Thank you guys for the help you are offering.

I get a syntax error when I am trying to covert a model from Spice to IBIS.
Attached are the two spice models that I am trying to convert to IBIS
models. I am using
Spice to IBIS model converter (for win95). I am also attaching the error
file
The spice models are generated using TDA (and TDR measurments)

I can not figure out what is the problem with the spice models. I really
appreciate it if somebody could look at the files and let me know if there
is anything I should edit so that I will able to convert the files it to
IBIS.

I think TDA only generates spice models but I need IBIS models.

Any ideas?
