How about sync srams. I seem to recall samsung
having something along those lines.

Subject: [SI-LIST] : HSTL Class 1 driver/receiver

I need to kluge up a little test board with a
HSTL class I (1.5 volt) driver and receiver to
test out some interface schemes to a piece of
test gear with LVDS i/o.

So far the only chips I've been able to find
with HSTL class 1 i/o are some FPGA's and such.
All I want is a small, simple chip of some sort with
the appropriate driver/receiver that I can use
to do some simple tests with. Anyone have any ideas
on any chips with HSTL-I i/o ???

(too bad they don't make 74HSTL04's .....)

-Ray
