  I would appreciate if any body can answer the following:

  - Have you characterized a flex before? which tools does that?

  What we are trying to do is create an IBIS, or .EBD file for a board. The flex connects two boards. One thing thou is that the flex consists of two wires connected together at the ends (No Planes).
  Also, it has some nets that are signals and other that are power and ground.
