I have used this program and have had no problems so it is probably harmless
I have tested it in

• DOS 6.0, 6.20, 6.21, 6.22
• Windows 95 (booted to DOS)
• Windows 98 (booted to DOS)
• Windows NT 4.0 Workstation at a command prompt
