I have held the call WBØWAO since 1976 and have been active most of that
time with some breaks. I have worked weak signal VHF/UHF, Satellites,
HF DX and QRP HF. I currently hold an Amateur Extra class license and I am also an ARRL accreditied VE.
Living in an apartment is challenging to a
ham, but I have been active on the local VHF repeaters. Currently I am involved in the Cape
Girardeau County ARES group as well as the local club (SEMO ARC).
