By far the BEST Job that I had was working at Exide Electronics.  I started in the Factory testing UPS (Uninterruptable Power Systems) before they shipped to customers.  I learned a lot doing that.  However I have been given a love for Field Service work by my High School Electronics Instructor, Jerry McMullen.  He had done that work before teaching and talked about it.  I took the opportunity when asked, and moved over to the Field Service Organization in September 1985.  This was the work that I loved.  There were long hours, travel every day throughout NC, NC, & VA.  But I loved it.  However after 10 years, it was time to move on and spend more time with my bride, (Susan) and we are still together.
