A person who is knowledgeable about a subject and willing to help someone along in their hobby is called an Elmer.  So we will try to offer some "Elmer" help to better your experience of Ham Radio operations.  We will try to figure the best way to explain the answer to your question.  We may use youtube videos that we feel best explains.  We know there may be several videos, we are just trying to help without judgement.
