08JUL98 - Work Begins on BLT-13
It's July 8, 1998. The modules for BLT-13 have been assembled. Payload Master Mike WA5TWT has arranged them on the kitchen table and is beginning the process of wiring the individual units together. [Picture]

The KPC-3 TNC has been successfully connected to the GPS receiver and the 70-cm transceiver. It's time to let it cook for a while. [Picture]
