Hi my name is Vernon Beavers. My call sign is W3PAM. This is a fairly new call for me, as I took advantage of the Vanity Call sign. My former call sign was N6ZCV. I picked my present call for two reasons, W3 because I was born in Baltimore MD and  PAM as that is my wife's name. By the way Pam is also a Ham, and her call sign is KD6KRG, be sure to check out her Web site...

I recently moved from San Diego, Ca where I lived for the past 15 years. I now live out in the country in a little town called Magnolia, Ky. It is a lot different than San Diego but I really enjoy the peace and quiet after living so long in the city.


I don't have a good antenna setup at the moment, but plan to put up a 
3 element monoband on ten meters very soon and what ever else I can on 4.4 acres.
