W3MRC Station Pictures

On Saturday May 15, 1999 at the W3MRC Amateur Radio Club Station, we hired a professional crew to install our new KLM 6 element yagi beam for 20 meters. Do not try and do any of these tasks yourself with out the help of professionals. Both of these people shown on the tower and antenna do this kind of work professionally. This antenna is very big.  About 57 feet long and over 30 feet wide.  I also took some other pictures off the roof to give you an idea how high up the tower is sitting. The roof is over 80 feet high and the antenna is at about 65 feet from the top of the roof.  All images are 640X480 resolution.  Enjoy...

W0MR Station Pictures

W0MR Amateur Radio Club is our sister club in St. Paul, MN.  I was able to visit their club station while I was up there and take some pictures as well.  W0MR is located East of St. Paul near Lake Elmo in Tartan Park.  A very nice location.
