Namibia (Zone 38):   These contacts with Frank were made on 160M CW.  The first in December 2007 for a new country on 160 and the second in March 2009.  Frank handles his own QSLs through his German address.  Cards are collected and sent to Namibia every few months.  It took several attempts and some time to receive the card but it was worth the wait.
