European Russia (Zone 16):  This contact was made on 20 meter CW during August 1969.  At that time I was running an Eico 720 transmitter (50w) into a 40M dipole at 25 feet and receiving with a Hammarlund HQ-110A  receiver.  The QSL was received via the bureau.
