European Russia (Zone 8):  This contact with Serge in Moscow was made on 40M CW.  I had seen DX cluster spots originated by Serge many times and wondered if I would ever make contact with my counterpart in Russia.  Our paths finally crossed in late May 2009 on 40M.  Serge's QSL was received via the bureau.
