Luxembourg (Europe - Zone 14): This contact was made on 12 meters CW. Andy is a well known DXer.  Twelve meters is a great DX band.  It does not always appear to be open when 10 meters is open because of the lower level of activity on the band.  That generally makes it easier for us "little pistols" to make DX contacts on this band.
