Vatican (Zone 15):  This station was active from the Vatican during 2002.  Contacts were made on 15M and 12M SSB.  I've heard other amateurs say they do not QSL, but I have had no trouble with QSLs from them.  I made a 15M CW contact with them in 2000 and have received QSLs for all of the QSOs by sending my cards direct to their callbook address in QRZ.
