Jersey Island: I thought this one was going to be easy - NOT! The pileup was huge, but I persisted and eventually got through after checking back multiple times. These guys must have worked for six hours straight before the band finally died. I was able to work them near the end. Ron wrote a long note on the back of the card thanking us U.S. guys for all the QSOs. They must have had a blast on this expedition and are planning to do it again in late 1999.
