Belarus (Zone 16):  The QSO with Ruslan on 15 meters was enjoyable.  He asked for a QSL card direct, so I sent one to his PO Box with two green stamps to cover return postage.  His card came back with change - 100 rubles, worth a few dollars today and a nice momento.  During the reign of the Soviet Union it was worth about $100.  Ruslan is a 23 year old music teacher.
