Donetsk Peoples's Republic (Zone 16):  I made several contacts with this interesting callsign.  The operator, Ed said his QTH was the Donetsk Peoples's Republic (DPR).  It is an internationally unrecognized republic of Russia in the occupied region of eastern Ukraine's Donetsk Oblast, with its capital in Donetsk.  DPR was declared independent in April 2014 and annexed by Russia in September 2022.  Due to the conflict in Ukraine, no mail comes to the USA from Russia.  I was able to get a QSL from his QSL manager R6FZ via a third party, my friend in Bulgaria, Ivan, LZ2LP.
