Monaco (Zone 14):  This contact with Claude was made on 40M CW.  Monaco is a difficult country to contact due to its small amateur population and its geography.  Located on the French Riviera in Western Europe, it is shielded by Mount Agel (1150m) to the east.  The highest point in the country is a narrow strip of land on the slopes of Mount Agel at 161m above sea level with the majority of the populated area at sea level.  I have made two other contacts with Claude on 20M CW and 10M CW.  In both cases the strongest signal was received via the long path.  This QSL was received via the bureau.
