Riley Hollingsworth has confirmed an invitation to speak at the Reading Radio Club's November 9th meeting.

Riley's call is K4ZDH and he is currently the ARRL Atlantic Division Vice Director.

Riley is a former FCC Special Counsel for the Enforcement Bureau.
