THREE-SEVEN-TEN ! A Two Meter Activity Initiative-A way to bring more activity to the RRC 146.910 Club Repeater was introduced by Rich Ahrens, W3WJC, Editor of the RRC Bulletin and former Club President. The thought is to turn on your 2-Meter transceiver at 3 PM, 7 PM and 10 PM. Identify your station and see if anyone comes back and wants to shoot the breeze. No net control, just some informal conversation. Let us try this and see if we can pep up activity on the Reading Radio Club repeater. The CTCSS is 131.8 MHz.

Monday Night Nets Check into the Monday Evening Nets and join your fellow amateur radio operators. RACES/ARES Net at 8p.m. on 147.180+ and the QCWA Net at 9p.m. on the RRC repeater on 146.910- MHz.

Meeting on the Air On the Fridays that we don't have meetings at the Ag Center, consider checking into our On-The-Air Net at 8 p.m. on the Club's 146.910 MHz repeater. Remember to use the CTCSS of 131.8Hz due to the noise levels. It lasts about an hour and it starts with Amateur Radio Newsline followed by local items of interest and birthday anniversary celebrations. Lastly the roll call rounds out the hour long net. Details
