About ICARC
The Indiana County Amateur Radio Club (ICARC) is a general interest amateur radio organization founded
in 1963 to serve ham radio operators residing in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. The goals of the club are to promote the value of amateur radio to our members and to provide a
network of support communications for Indiana County during times of emergency. ICARC periodically holds licensing classes and conducts exam sessions in the spring and fall.
