I've been riding bike since 1985, and while I don't ride as much as I once did, I still enjoy getting out on the roads. I've also ridden various distances at the Hotter'n Hell Hundred bike ride in Wichita Falls, Texas every year since 1985. If you've ever been to Wichita Falls in August, you'll know where the name for this ride came from! Recent years I've ridden either 50 miles or 100 kM (62 miles) since I haven't been doing enough riding to make the 100 mile distance.
