Hi Subas,
I haven't had a chance to look at the latest SpecctraQuest version but I know
people have mentioned tool called spc2spc within SpecctraQuest that will do
something that you are looking for. Check with you SpecctraQuest guru (or get
Cadence people to explain to to you). It may do exactly what you ask for it
may not (I am sorry I cannot provide you with more info on this topic).

p.s. I have a script that does what you are asking for without even having to
open SpecctraQuest (makes a Hspice models from a board file). It is fairly
complex script (actually several scripts) but if you are really good with
scripting languages there shouldn't be any problems.
