The documents you find here have been placed here because sites on the internet come and go too fast to keep up with. Some of this material has in the past disappeared only to resurface at a later date on another site. However in the mean time it was not there when I needed it.  It has been said that everything ever put on the internet is still there if you know where to find it.  The problem is you can spend hours or days looking for it and wasting your valuable time.

If you are the author of any of this material and object to it being here please drop me a note and I will remove it. It was never my intention to deprive anyone of any revenue or notoriety. Where known, I have included the author or source of the article. If you see an article that is not attributed to someone that should get the credit please drop me a line and I will rectify it immediately.
