Whose QSL collection would be complete without at least one card from Romeo Stepanenko (AH0M/3W3RR/5A0RR/P5RS7, etc.)?

I heard a signal one night on 40 CW and had a difficult time deciphering his call. I copied "4O/AH0M", "4L/A50M", "VO/AH0M" and a few other variations. I finally decided it was 4L/AH0M.

This card is a bit uncommon. I submitted it to the DXCC Desk shortly before Romeo fell from grace with the DXCC program, and it was bounced due to "lack of documentation" by the operator.
