My name is Pradeep Varma, living in Mumbai, India.

Am silent now, but intend to go active on VHF very soon.

I work with applying Distributed Object Technologies in the IT industry. Currently with a manufacturing giant in India, we are in the throes of testing software developed using CORBA and server-side Java on Unix, and WinNT (!!) platforms.

Am an avid Linux fan, looking for ways to use amateur radio and Linux together.

Love reading (esp. Stephen King, Asimov...), listening to music (classic, jazz and hard rock, indo-jazz fusion),  swimming and playing basketball.
