Circuit diagram of 7 MHz SSB Transceiver for hams. The circuit is all solid state build around two numbers of MC1496. The circuit uses easily available components. Filter is build around four numbers of crystals. Linear amplifier uses IRF840 in the final and can push around 100 Watts with 100 Volt supply. |
