How to become an Amateur Radio Operator(Ham)?

To become a Ham, one has to pass the Amateur Station Operator's Certifiacte (ASOC) Exanination. This examination is conducted by the regional Wireless Monitoring Stations situated at different places in the country. The Monitoring Stations are functioning under the Wireless Planning & Co-ordination Wing of Communications, Govt. of India.
