Wednesday Evening Update  1130 UTC

Further to this mornings news...

WARC - The antenna went back up this afternoon.  This had to come down to make a clearance for the helicopter to land.

AO-10 - At this stage, because of injuries and limited man-power I don't think we'll have time at all for AO-10.  Apologies to all involved.

QRT & Departure - It looks like we'll have to pack up the heavy gear for loading onto the boat for low tide 1600 local Sunday 21 May (that's 0600 UTC), and sail out on the high tide Monday 0100 UTC.  Sea conditions are calmer on the lee side of the island at low tide.  Because of crew limitations now, packing will be more onerous and time consuming and must be allowed for.  We'll try to maintain barefoot/simple aerial till the last minute.

The New Chef - Food is great!  Harry is a superb cook, but don't tell his YL!!!  You see, Peter was the chef, until his mishap.

Logs - Logs (as of 0630 UTC today) should appear any tick of the clock.  They have been e-mailed to N6RT for processing so as to appear on the VK9WI web site.  Please note that RTTY contact aren't include as yet - that log has to be retrieved off another laptop.  6M contacts appear as "SAT" and approximately 200 of the early contacts made are in a hand written log, yet to be computerised.
