That wasn't in the plan!

Ohh dear...

One of the team members, Peter VK4APG has broken his leg, just above
the ankle.  This occur last night whilst trying to get off the catamaran.
A large wave came along upset his balance and cleaned him up!

Somehow, I think his ears will hurt more than his leg once he gets back
to his wife!!!

An SES chopper is flying out from Cairns to pick him up this morning.
The chopper will have to re-fuel whilst on Willis in order to make the
return journey.  The WARC antenna is temporarily coming down this
morning so that space for a  landing pad for the chopper can be made.

Needless to say this means there is a 20% reduction in available
manpower.  The four remaining members of VK9WI will work hard to
try and satisfy everybodies needs, but unfortunately some operations
may have to cancelled.

20/15/10 - There will be only one 20/15/10 station running at a time.
ie; no simultaneous SSB & CW operations.

AO-10 - The window to the USA is available today and not
returning until May 26. At this stage the team have to leave on the
24th, and given they are trying to airlift a member out today it seems
doubtful AO-10 will get up today.  They will try.

Logs - We expect to have this facility available in the next 36 hours.
Thankyou for your patience.

Again, thank you to those who provide valuable feedback regarding
this operation.

73, from your pilots, Adam VK4CP & Bill G0VDE.
